Of course we always send a designer to every delivery to make sure our pieces are perfect.

This photo was so fantastic we blew it up and it now hangs in the Newbury Street Studio!

We absolutely loved working with Alice and Staff at the Fairmont, they are amazing.  Our bride was so well taken care of.  She will never forget what a magical day they created for her. 

Here is Kelsey with her bridesmaids.  These dresses were so unique and really fun to design around. 

Part of our design plan included uplighting.  We have a talented  lighting technician, Mike Salvati.  This bride took advantage of our full service design consultation.  Mike and I met her at the Fairmont to develop the lighting plan and as you can see he enhanced the columns with a warm hue. 

We embellished each centerpiece with crystal drops that hung from the pilsner vases.  This wedding was one of our favorites this year.  And as everyone knows, great weddings are created by great planners.  Our bride Kelsey used Heather Miniccuci from Simply Inviting Weddings.  Heather went above and beyond for this bride as she was 8 months pregnant at the time!! That did not stop Heather, she pulled it all together with ease.  We just heard she had her twins named Olivia & Tyler.  Cheers to  Heather for all her recent creations!!

Here is Kelly with her daughter Camille.  Camille is great designer whose focus is 3D design. She is a natural fit to design centerpieces but this year she has also created some amazing bouquets.

Here is the our custom designed and climate controlled cooler that keeps everything fresh until we bring it out to deliver.

This is how we transport bouquets to our brides and their attendants.  Each bouquet is placed in a vase and secured in these straw filled baskets.  It ensures they won’t fall over in delivery and are easy to transport.   We think it looks pretty too!!

We love to enhance our designs with jewels, feathers and other elements.

We also love to work with wire and do simple wrapping or embellish a vase with something like these swirls.

The bag you see here on the left goes with each designer as they deliver our arrangements and bouquets. Did you know that we always only send professional designers out on delivery?  It is so important that if anything moves in transport we have a designer there to make sure every arrangement is perfect when we leave the event venue.  We really do not consider our design job finished until that happens. 

This is how we transport all of the  boutonnieres and corsages.  They come labelled in either small bags or boxes and of course we personally pin every one to make sure it looks perfect and won’t fall to the side.

What you see here are some milk vases that were a family heirloom.  Our bride wanted to incorporate them into a modern design plan.  By wire wrapping and using simple blossoms, we were able to blend these antiques into the contemporary ballroom at The Millenium Hotel in Boston.

We designed some simple aisle pieces and brought along some of our lighted urns which really complemented the tones of the room.   Kelly used lilacs layered in solomon seal to create these unique pieces.   It is so important when designing ceremony pieces that they make an impact as they are the focal point until the bride and groom arrive. 

Here is Kelly with Jocelyn from the  Hilton  and Clara from New England Wedding Affair.   They were really wonderful to work with as always.

We kept our table design clean and simple for this event.    We showcased some of our favorite books including an advanced copy of the Art of Celebration which featured Kelly’s design work. 

We met with some great couples planning their weddings and the staff really enjoyed working on this event.  Stay tuned for our next design plan….
