Real Wedding: W + J Classic & Elegant Boston Public Library Wedding

We love this classically elegant wedding at the Boston Public Library. A simple palette of creams, greens, navy, and black were a rich addition to the opulence of the library. Lush blossoms like ivory roses, white lisianthus, and mums added to the overall texture of trailing ivy and olive branches. The jaw-dropping entry piece that greeted wedding guests as they entered the library towered in tree-like glory and overflowed with olive branches and eucalyptus. Mixed candlelight softened the scene with a sultry glow and small details like bound-book table numbers and stacked volumes pulled in the theme of the library. It was a beautiful event for a beautiful couple!

Shades of Pink: Integrating Color into your Flower Design

A common color that couples love to pull into their wedding flowers is pink. Pink is a great shade that mixes well with various colors. The color pink is known to symbolize unconditional love and therefore is a beautifully symbolic choice for wedding celebrations. In flowers, many blossoms naturally grow in shades of pink. We as designers are able to play with tone and texture with these pink blossoms. Crepey, delicate pink lisianthus, lush, petal-loaded garden roses, & textural pink hydrangea are just some of our favorites!

From soft and powdery to bright and vibrant, get inspiration from these pink blossoms below!
